1:1 COACHING

1:1 sessions, using Psych-K and other such modalities, work on transforming and eliminating single problem areas by bringing to light the root of the issue in the subconscious. We then focus our efforts to create and install the internal software which will drive us to attain the results we want with greater effortlessness and ease. It’s like giving our powerful minds the correct GPS coordinates of where we choose to end up in life, and eliminating any malware which would prevent the healthy and efficient functioning of the system. Psych-K sessions are also amazing for neutralizing stress, eliminating trauma responses, and breaking bad habits quickly and easily.

Qi Gong is an internal art rooted in ancient China, which aims to separate the body into distinct parts and then reconnect those parts into an unified whole, thus making the body and mind into a single entity for the purposes of increasing one’s health, developing martial skill, and attaining spiritual realization.

Unlike many systems in the East which seek to deny the body, Qi Gong practitioners realize that whatever goals we hope to attain in this life, we need the body and mind to coordinate if we are to function at a high level of efficiency. Qi Gong offers a swift way to attain measurable results in the areas of mental clarity and focus, physical strength and vitality, inner freedom and stability. $30 for 1 Week / $100 for 1 month / $255 for 3 months
