Hi, I’m KO HARA LAN.

I founded LUC/D to support people with reclaiming their power to become the creators of their lives, not the victims of their past. 

Even in these times of chaos and change, I believe everyone has the power to be dynamically free - to create the life they want and to experience great freedom and fulfillment. The LUC/D method is all about impact and results! It empowers the purpose and vision our clients want to embody in their lives. 

Through intense struggles in my early years, I hit my lowest point and found my deepest, darkest limitation to be the very doorway to my freedom. Over the last 20+ years, I have had the honor and privilege of receiving direct training from many great teachers in the areas of self-mastery, purpose, and martial arts, as well as the subtle internal arts like Taiji, Qi Gong, and meditation. Through these trainings, I have come to the direct realization that if I master my energy, I can master my life. But I must FIRST begin to master my BODY.

My learning is also constant and growing in new and profound ways. Recently, I have been integrating changes that have arisen as a result of this inner evolutionary impulse I’ve been experiencing, along with many of my clients and the people I encounter in my own daily life. These changes are leading me to develop new innovative methods of transformation that I sense will have a drastic increase in the value I deliver in my programs.

Many travel and teaching opportunities have recently unfolded, including taking my second month-long intensive retreat in Thailand. I am excited to stretch and increase the limits of my capacity within the internal arts, and to emobody the changes I gain from these rare opportunities.

THE LUC/D Creed

We all belong here. We all deserve to be at home within our being. We are worthy, secure, and connected - more than enough. May we surrender all grasping and consciously create from abundance.

We are here to stand strong in our power. May we command respect and act with compassion to uplift all beings, while accepting them right where they are. We are here to fully love ourselves and let unconditional love flow to us, through us, and from us in all directions. May love be our natural state. We are here to speak truth, and be free of judgment and comparison.

May our thoughts, emotions, and actions be aligned. A lucid, empowering vision is the organizing principle of our lives. May we trust ourselves and lead our lives with clarity and adventure. We are here as One with all of life and One with the Source. May we take nothing personally. The Source is infinite possibility. We are infinite possibility, beyond space and time, eternal and limitless.

Our Approach

Our method empowers the body, clears the mind, and calls forth the vision of what our client’s want to see in the world. This includes our lifestyle, who we choose to become, and what amplified experiences we intend to manifest in our daily lives.

Through release, metamorphosis and a new dynamic way of being, our clients come into their power. Our realistic approach teaches how challenges in life can become fuel for our growth. When we have the tools and support, there is also great freedom and fulfillment just on the other side. Although we can’t protect ourselves from difficulties, a new perspective changes the way we experience life, and opens up new possibilities. 

Through our coaching, programs, events and retreats, we guide people to reclaim sovereignty over their powerful mind.
